The Ascaso Duo Professional comes with a much larger boiler than the domestic Steel range.  Also like the domestic Duo has two seperate heating systems for steam and the group head giving you far more control and the ability to serve coffee and steam milk at the same time.
 
The Ascaso Steel Professional is a solid, Tradional Espresso Machine with very impressive performance. In our opinion if you are looking for a Commercial Coffee Machine and are restricted to space then the Ascaso Steel Duo is certainly a good choice. 

The Ascaso Steel Duo has got the facility of working with both ground coffee and E.S.E. coffee pods. It also features 2 heating systems a brass boiler delivering the water for the coffee and a brass thermoblock delivering steam. This means that coffee and steam can be operated simultaneously.

The boiler, brew head and filter holder are all made of solid brass. This ensures even and consistent heat conduction and retention throughout the system. It also has a powerful steam supply, making it child's play to produce delicious, dense milk froth for cappuccinos. The top of the machine acts as a cup warming plate. Square design, brushed steel body and funky blue lights.
