A telephone confirmation call is conducted on all orders and an email is forwarded to ensure all the details we receive are genuine. This is done to protect our business and victims of card/identity theft.

ALL attempted fraudulant purchases are reported immediatly to Police Computer Crime Unit along with all the details we have, including the IP address and exact date/time the attempt was made which are investigated in full by the authorities.
