Illy produces one single blend of 100% premium Arabica espresso coffee—the very finest, and makes it available in 3 different roasts: medium with a rich, smooth, balanced flavour and dark with a more robust and intense coffee flavour. And, for those who prefer their coffee without caffeine, illy’s distinctive taste is also available as a decaf coffee.

The 3 Kg tin of coffee beans is one of the most widely recognised of illy signatures. Reserved for use in commercial establishments—the quantity of coffee is more than could be used in a reasonable time in the home and would therefore become stale—the pressurized tin preserves all the precious coffee flavor and aroma for at least three years.
