SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

All orders £50.00 and over are shipped within the UK Free of Charge.
(UK Mainland Post Codes)

Deliveries are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) between 08:30am and 6.00pm, and require a signature.
If you do not receive your parcel or a calling card on the expected day of delivery please contact us immediately.

Carriers are Parcel Force WorldWide (24Hr UK Mainland, 48 Hr Islands & Europe)or Royal Mail dependant on product order.
Saturday deliveries are available at an additional charge  £25.00.
If required please advise when completing your order at the checkout.

Standard shipping to None UK Mainland Postal Addresses will carry an additional charge per machine order of £30.00 Inc & £17.50 Inc for all Coffee & Accessories orders of 2-5Kilo & £27.50 Inc for 6-10Kilo.
Standard shipping to Europe from £42.00 Inc, dependant on shipping measurements.
Standard shipping outside Europe from £77.00 Inc, dependant on shipping measurements.

AUTOMATED DISPATCH:
We pride ourselves on our Automated order to dispatch service and usually we can dispatch the same day for orders placed before 3.00pm.

Due to the daily volume of GAGGIA Machine orders we can not guarantee a next day delivery. Orders will be in most cases dispatched within 2-3 working days from date of order.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURNS:
General Returns:
Items will only be refunded or exchanged if you have notified us within 7 working days starting the day after receipt. The item is not on a FREE trial for the 7 days so if we do accept a used product back and the item has not been fautly we reserve the right to charge the customer against any loss if the item cannot be returned by us to the manufacture and we can only sell the product as a near new machine.
Customers have a duty of care when returning the goods in their possession and we would ask that items are returned with original packaging.
Any "FREE/INCLUDED" items that were sent with the product that are not returned will be charged at the full RRP.
In some circumstances though the original delivery charge may be refunded, we can not cover the cost of returning the item to us. A Handling charge may also be charged in some instances, No charge will be made on goods returned within the 7 day cooling off period. Refunds will be issued against the original payment method used.

Refunds:
CoffeeXclusive Limited take great care to ensure all products are complete and correct before shipping to our customers. If for any reason the item is incorrect or damaged then please contact us within 24hours of receiving the product.
Damaged or incorrect items may be refunded if the unused item is returned within 7 working days starting the day after receipt after following the procedure above. We will then look to exchange or refund the value of the item.
 
Faulty Items:
If your item is, or becomes faulty within the warranty period then please contact us. Please then return the product ensuring that it has been packaged correctly as we cannot be held responsible for damaged items caused due to a lack of care when shipping back to us. We will then have a technician check the product. We cannot issue a refund if the customer is returning the product due to any other reason other than fault or within 7 days of receipt as mentioned above. We will happily send the item back to the manufacture and will take their opinion as to whether there is a fault with the particular product.
