Walk into any grocery store and you will notice the various kinds of coffee , types of java beans and types of java brands. It may seem a bit overwhelming at first but basically the most common kinds of brew are instant, bags, iced and whole beans.
Instant is where you put a certain amount of grinds in a cup and then add boiling water. It is the easiest of all the javas to make. It is also the cheapest among the types of java. However, it is okay as far as taste but not the best in the world. Instant is the favorite among campers or hikers because they can still enjoy the cup of Joe in the morning.
Bags are not very popular in most places. Bags are just like tea bags instead of tea, there is java in the bag. You add hot water to a cup with the coffee bag and let it sit for a few minutes. Then the bag is discarded which may seem messy to some. These bags are okay and better than instant.
Iced Joe is popular in the summertime but is drunk year round. These can be purchased at java shops or at convenience stores, where they sell them canned or bottled. These are ready made and all you have to do is open and enjoy!
Fresh grinds comes in a variety of flavors and is sold already ground and vacuum sealed. This type of java is mainly used in coffee makers using a filter.
Whole beans can be found in most grocery stores. Many times there is a grinder right near the java so you can grind it at the store if you don't have a grinder at home. There are different types of roast and beans when it comes to whole beans. The roasts are medium, light, dark and espresso. The dark and espresso beans make a strong cup of Joe.
