Illy’s iperEspresso System revolutionizes the preparation of espresso.
A ground-breaking new two-stage extraction technology and patented coffee capsule create an extraordinarily smooth, full-bodied and intensely aromatic coffee with a velvety, long-lasting crema. The Ipanema Espresso label, Coffee Beans are prepared from a blend of washed, pulped natural and natural Arabica coffees and was tested during three years until it reached its present award winning formulation.

IPANEMA ESPRESSO® The mixture of this unique coffee came after three years of consecutive tests and consists of a blend of washed, semi-washed and natural coffees. The Ipanema farm The Ipanema farm is located at the town of Alfenas in Brazil and is directly related to the most tasteful and aromatic Brazilian coffee. It is quite impressive to take into account the annual coffee tree production of 10.000.000, which sums up to 60.000 sacks of different Arabica varieties.
Verde coffee is cultivated in different areas of the farm, strictly following the most advanced techniques and values of the various social programs of the area. The final form of Verde coffee is differentiated according to the specifications of its native land. What many years now differentiate this farm is its commitment to a constant search and production of the best coffee, targeting and responding the most demanding markets.
