What a refreshing change to find a company that delivers the goods, after a poor service from another coffee company. 
I contacted coffeexclusive to check that they had the machine in stock which i had ordered from the other company and not received and if they could deliver within 2 to 3 days.
Not only did they have it in they sent it out that day and delivery was prompt 9.30 next day by ups, plus they sent me a load of goodies extra.

Our normal coffee supplier had let us down, contacted coffeexclusive in desperation for Lavazza coffee beans, Samantha assured me my order of 6 kilo would arrive next day though we only confirmed the order at 4 they did UPS delivered them at 9.20 next day super service reordered many times with same next day service.

Needed urgent a coffee machine for the office ours blew up, spoke with Ian told him details he hit the mark with a Jura XF50, machine arrived next day set up was simple loads of extras came free, all the guys in the office are well pleased great service with discount on all our future purchases through web site, cheers Ian.
