Ciao Barista Blend Description:
A premium and our best selling blend we are proud of, artfully roasted to command a complex character which has a rich and long lasting crema. Ideal for Baristas of all standards, this blend is also designed to produce an amazing espresso and long black (Americano). As a premium coffee blend with 92% choice Arabica coffee beans and 8% high grade washed Robusta beans from India, expect a little acidity, plenty of punch and a lingering aftertaste. All of this centres around a good strong body and lots of flavour to cut through milk for lattes and cappuccinos.

Being fair to farmers and farmed in Organically certified soil, this premium quality coffee is blended to be a typical Italian style coffee ideal for all coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccino and latte. A medium roasted rich blend of Central American and Brazilian beans with a hint (10%) of washed Indian robusta coffee beans. This coffee has plenty of body and a smooth rounded aftertaste. A lightly fruity acidity and sweet notes complete this well balanced coffee.

Fairtrade Organic is a pure Arabica coffee grown at a height of over 1200mtrs on the lush mountainsides of the Colombian highlands. The Colombian coffee industry is the giant of the fine mild, coffee-producing countries of the world with 12% of the world’s total coffee production. This coffee is generally full-bodied with a slight acidity, richly flavoured and produces one of the finest all day drinking coffees. One cup is never enough.
Ciao FTO is one of our best selling blends, we have packed 20% more coffee into each sachet than v the normal pack size
